Women’s Battered Shelters
Open Kitchens 24/7
What is there to say about women’s battered
shelters?
Well, each woman’s battered shelter is quite distinct and different from another.
Six weeks ago I was in the Mojave Desert in California. Sigh.
For the past six weeks I’ve been living out of two particular women’s battered shelters.
Now, each woman’s battered shelter is so
different from the other.
Yes, I reiterated. Yes. Absolutely. Yes.
The last women’s battered shelter was located in Plymouth, MN and there was no mass transit on the weekends therefore to walk five (5) miles in the cold is like living in New York City except for Minnesota’s suburban coyotes and some patches of icy desolate dark park areas with minimal civic street lights and some winding neighborhoods without any city street sidewalks.
The suburbs are by far more dangerous than the inner urban city.
No, we don’t live in the “inner city.”
Yes, we reside in the “inner urban city.” Metropolitan.
Yes, we’re urban walkers and like the Manhattan populous per average daily we five miles per day. Yep.
Being in the city feels so safe, friendlier and most definitely we’re “urbanites.”
The saving grace about the Plymouth, MN women’s battered shelter is the mere fact lunch and dinner were beautifully catered by a great delivery catering company which I’m not at liberty to mention by public company title.
The Plymouth, MN women’s battered shelter’s kitchen was open twenty-four hours a day and seven day a week (24/7) as all households ought to be.
As well as women’s battered shelters ought to have a strong policy in place for which there’s always available healthy snacks and an open-door kitchen policy to all of the “residents” or “clients” of any women’s battered shelters.
Women and children who reside at women’s battered shelters are not “clients.”
Women and children who reside at women’s battered shelters are “communal living.”
For the past two weeks the present women’s battered shelter for which I reside is located in downtown Saint Paul, MN and I love the location.
There’s nothing like getting around by metro transit and the light rail.
For the first time since May 1, 2004 I actually feel rather metropolitan and totally New York City, New York and Boston.
Seriously, getting around by foot, metro transit or light rail is as cool as life gets.
Personally, I’ve been waiting for these metropolitan cities to turn tourist friendly and inner urban friendly and grass roots and political advocates and green gardens and bees and honey at the top of commercial buildings and homes and homesteaded properties.
The problem is the cold.

Mental Illness vs. Attitude Adjustment
Well, what is there to say about mental
illness?
As far as I have been informed by Harvard Ivy League Ph.D. psychologists is the very fact people with mental illness don’t have any reason to be rude, mean or cruel for no reason otherwise misbehaved mentally ill are people who are rude people with bad manners who don’t understand culture much less the modern rules to socialization or society at large.
Anybody is capable of being a great and excellent communicator.
There isn’t much to people being courteous, kind and smart in communications.
Now, I do believe people with mental illnesses ought to contribute and be contributing members of society the same as the person next to them.
Now, as far as I know I do have to admit mental illness has nothing to do whether a mentally ill person is well mannered or not.
As early as at the age of fourteen I was well informed by psychologists about how people with mental illnesses have no right to be disrespectful, cruel or with mal intent simply because such specific populous of mentally ill people didn’t want to peacefully communicate with good manners.

Only a Male Cunt Calls a Woman a Cunt
Yes, the research shows:
Whenever any bully abuser beats up his woman,

Women Must Learn Self-Defense
No, domestic violence abuse has nothing to do with me.
No, domestic violence abuse isn’t my crime therefore it’s none of my guilt or shame.

Yes, I get beat up (slapped, scratched, kicked, punched, slammed up against walls and furniture and choked and threatened to get raped and threatened to get murdered) because my bully abuser is a psychopath and a pathological liar.
My bully abuser lies and tells everybody I beat him up except I’m the one who ends up in the hospital and everybody knows I don’t self injure because by the look of the X-rays it’s obvious I get injured by the hand of another.
The X-rays don’t lie.
The X-rays tell the truth about how and what injuries are incurred.
Yes, the research shows when any man beats up his woman then he will beat up all other women therefore the domestic violence abuse has nothing to do with me other than I just happen to be the one there to be used as a punching bag expect I’m finally learning self-defense.

Yes, I’ve caught one year’s worth of physical assault and beatings on video recording so don’t look at me like I’m a “cunt” rather look at me as one of the most intelligent women alive for having the “presence of mind” to video record while getting the shit beaten out of me. More difficult to deal with than the beatings is a man who whines and complains about being a victim of domestic violence abuse when he himself is the one causing the physical assaults and domestic violence abuse.
More difficult to deal with than the beatings or physical assault is a man who calls me a “cunt” in public after administering a good physical assault. Ha. What a coward bully.
Now my abuser bully can kick my ass, however.
He may not publically humiliate me by calling me a “cunt” while walking down the street or I’ll make his life a miserable living hell by letting everyone around us know he’s beaten me up.
At the age of 42, I’m too old to get beat up, however. Much less I’m too old to be called a “cunt” in public because I don’t take that bullshit lying down.

Yes, my abuser bully has a wandering eye and his dick’s hanging out therefore I get terrified for the women he checks out because I know when he’s ready to cheat or leave me then the pathological disorder to beat up women will continue to the next woman.
After me the next woman will possibly get murdered because I’m an awesome woman and one of the best so the next woman has to have her shit together as Einstein III or they’ll get beaten into a bloody pulp for existing and murdered. Yes, I’m also silent partner to a “nonexistent music record label.”
Each and every single night for the next ten years there are one-hundred (100) male musicians on the ground in the Twin Cities, Minnesota under our “non-existent music record label” (literally the record label doesn’t exist yet I continue to write one-hundred thousand dollar grants, $100,000.00) thus while I write grants then my West Bank business partner safely conducts business with school teacher musicians who by day are music teachers and by night our music teachers play music at places such as “The Dakota Club” for which I’ve been informed hosted one of our musicians at the Dakota club in the fall of 2018, a one Mrs. Madonna’s brother who happens to be a singer.
Seriously, I’m sorry, I don’t know Mrs. Madonna had a brother yet I was invited to go to the Dakota Club and meet this musician in person even though I respectfully declined the invitation because I don’t meet any of our musicians unless there’s trouble on the ground then you’ll see me at a venue, however.
